Khoon Ki Pyasi is a story of the fight against injustice & cruelty between haves and have nots. A cruel Zamindar who used torture and harass the poor villagers to extreme degrees, in his passion for cruelty destroys a poor family, leaving only the wife Kamala who escapes his wrath, unable to obtain justice due to the heavy influence and terror of the Zamindar, she forced to seek justice elsewhere, she approaches a old Lady living on the outskirts of the village to help her. The old lady explains to her that this is not right way to seek justice and is dissuaded, but on seeing the dead child of Kamala, she agrees to help Kamala with objective only to chase the Thakur away from the village so that other people do not suffer the same fate and she succeeds in doing so as the Thakur along with his family runs away from the village in fright. 

After twenty years the Thakur's son Kishan grows up and he along with his cousins Surendra and Mahendra decide to go to the village haveli. The good for nothing cousins have evil inentions and decide that under the pretext and disguise of the devil they have heard off from the childhood they would kill Kishan and grab his property. They along with their girl friends Sandhya and Julie go to the haveli to carry out their evil plan and put the blame on the possessed haveli. In the middle of all this drama Kishan meets Radha and falls in love with her. Radha is daughter of the havelis' watchman and she too forces Kishan to leave the haveli as the Munim and his son Lakhan too are planning to grab property.

To find out whether the Evil cousins Mahendra and Surendra were successful in carrying out their plan, whether the devil in the haveli was a reality and whether Kishan survived the evil intentions.
